Fwd: Mediastinal Mass

Dear Everybody.
Please help with your suggestions.
        
          He is 47 year old gentleman, with c/o neck pain , on/off vague symptoms, had suffered from chikungunya three months back.
A chest X ray revealed a mediastinal mass and a CT scan was done. The FNAC done at KLE was reported as suggestive of Thymoma. He was taken up for surgery and due to anaesthesia complictions after the incision, the surgery was abandoned.
He reported to us today.
No h/o fever, night sweats, hemoptysis, bowel bladder disturbance. H/o of dry cough present.
He is asymptomatic as of today.
O/E G.C Good
       KPS 90
       No lymphadenopathy anywhere in the body.
       Systemic examination normal.
       Distended veins on the neck present.
       Testis normal.


I have sent the blood for beta HCG and AFP.
