As a concerned citizen wish to inform an observation. There was a lake behind the old HAL Airport, on the Wind Tunnel Road, which has been systematically filled with mud and converted into a land. This lake had lot of flora, fauna and birds. If this is investigated and action taken, the lake can be saved.The area is highlighted in red in the photo attached.
